Maximilian studied Agricultural Sciences at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Weihenstephan campus.
His bachelor’s thesis focused on “Cooperation Factors in Agriculture Illustrated by the Example of the Maschinenring Organization.”

Following his bachelor’s degree, Maximilian deepened and broadened his knowledge in the master’s program “Renewable Resources” with a specialization in “Energy Use” at the TUM Science Center Straubing.

His master’s thesis, titled “Biogas Plants in the Context of Changing Framework Conditions and Potentials of Hydrogen and Methane in Germany,” dealt with hydrogen production, sector coupling, and Power-to-X. In this work, Maxi presented the biogas plant as an energy hub and developed a scenario for a Power-to-Gas production chain, which he compared with the profitability of a biogas plant.

Since 2011, alongside school and university, he has also been actively supporting the family farm. After completing his master’s degree in 2021, he began working full-time in the family business. Thanks to his broad academic background, his field of responsibility is equally diverse. With great commitment, fresh ideas, and modern methods, he focuses on expanding and improving the company. A continuous improvement process is particularly important to him—something he also applies to himself.

In his free time, Maximilian enjoys staying active and engaging in sports. He also appreciates cultural experiences, outstanding achievements, and good food.
