Philosophy

The heart of the Götz business is the people who contribute to our company’s success.

  • We act with passion and create new ways to drive innovation and improvement. We foster a collaborative, safe, and attractive workplace that forms the foundation for high-performing employees, teams, and partners. We encourage responsibility and entrepreneurial decision-making, and we want our people to grow personally while helping to shape the future of Götz. We are proud to be an employer that advocates equal opportunity.

  • Building on this background, we act as an interface between various disciplines:

Agriculture, energy production, nature conservation, grid operators, ministries, public authorities, environmental and energy law (EEG), plant manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and more.

We work with discipline and professionalism, with the necessary sensitivity, and always in close exchange with our customers and colleagues. Our actions are guided by legal frameworks, state-of-the-art technology, and our values. At the same time, we actively contribute to the further development of these frameworks, standards, and values—approaching this with self-criticism and purpose.

We accept criticism of our work with respect and deal with mistakes openly and honestly. For us, the greatest mistake is failing to learn from mistakes.

  • Our fundamental goal is sustainable corporate management and, with it, the safeguarding of jobs. For this reason, the majority of our profits are reinvested into the company.

We are firmly committed to sustainability, environmental protection, and the supply of renewable energy.

The implementation of climate protection goals is a cross-generational challenge. Building a sustainable industrial, transport, and energy infrastructure offers opportunities for progress, value creation, and prosperity, but it also requires the determination to embrace change—this is our ambition.

  • A customer is always the most valuable person in any business.

They are not dependent on us – we are dependent on them.
They are not an interruption of our work – they are its purpose.
They are not an outsider to our business – they are a part of it.
A customer is a person who shares their wishes with us. Our task is to fulfill them to their satisfaction.
